Running Shoooz

Greetings Y'all ( <---that's the correct spelling)

I'm going to try and post the shoe post later, but till then here's a quick note about running.

Unfortunately, I haven't been able to run for far too long; several factors lead to me being benched since the beginning of the year from shin trouble. But I can't wait to start again.

Linz told me about this giveaway for a pair of running shoes. They're sortof more natural shoes; flat bottom and room for your toes. I really like the idea of barefoot running being popular (God knew what he was doing when he made our feet).
